How our sale pricing works
Manufacturer promotions usually run for a set period and apply to specific collections, often with a minimum order size. Closeouts are discontinued colors or remaining lots. We do not publish prices online for every item, because promotions and dealer pricing rules change often. Send us your room sizes through the installed price request and we will quote the current sale price.
Buying closeouts without regrets
Buy all you need at once. A closeout lot cannot be reordered. Add 8 to 10% for cuts, and more for diagonal or herringbone layouts.
Keep spare cartons. One or two extra boxes let you replace a damaged plank years from now.
Check the dye lot. All cartons in your order should come from the same production run.
Warranty still applies. First-quality closeouts carry the normal manufacturer warranty. Seconds and remnants may not; we state which is which on the quote.
Categories that go on sale most
Waterproof WPC flooring promotions are the most frequent, followed by engineered hardwood and wool carpet remnants that suit a single bedroom or stair runner.

Closeout and remnant sales are usually final. Order a sample first and confirm quantities with a measurement before purchasing.
